PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE ("Terms") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

1. General

Hazel is provided by Vibe Labs s.r.o., a Czech private limited company (IČO 23452617) with registered office at Čs. armády 369/7, Bubeneč, 160 00 Praha 6. We may amend these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Site; changes take effect immediately.

2. User Accounts

  1. Registration: you must register to access certain features. You warrant all information is accurate, complete, and current.
  2. Security: you are responsible for account credentials and all activity. Notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

  1. Plans: Hazel Plus subscription (available in weekly, monthly, and annual plans)
  2. Billing: processed via your device's app store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before period end. Manage and cancel in your app store settings. No pro-rata refunds except where required by law.

4. Availability and Accuracy

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee it. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.

5. Reliance on Information

Content is for general informational purposes only. WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR RELIANCE ON SUCH CONTENT.

6. User Content and Feedback

  1. Your Content: any data you submit. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it.
  2. Feedback: you grant us the same license to any suggestions without compensation.

7. Intellectual Property

All Service content (excluding Your Content) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. No rights are granted except as expressly provided.

8. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites or services linked from the Service. Your use is at your own risk.

9. Information Security

We implement industry-standard measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBE LABS S.R.O. AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without notice, for breaches or harmful conduct. You may delete your account in the App; backups may persist up to 90 days.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Prague, Czechia.

14. Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.
